Assessment Methods 

1. Apply basic public health concepts, skills, and principles of ethical analysis (Public Health Code of Ethics) to assess and summarize public health data in order to improve the health status of Michigan residents through evidence-based research, practice and service.

2. Describe the role of socio-behavioral determinants of health in both the onset and solution of public health problems in individuals and population groups.

3. Apply the basic principles of program planning, development, budgeting, management and evaluation in public health practice and community initiatives.
