Since graduating with an Accountancy degree from Ferris’ College of Business in 1986, Rich has built an exceptional career as a certified public accountant and tax professional involved with the various enterprises of the manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries.
Rich is currently a partner with the Grand Rapids, Mich. firm Plante Moran, where he leads the organization’s manufacturing industry team. His professional service affiliations include leadership and membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American and Michigan Trucking Associations, and the West Michigan Precision Metal Forming Association.
An engaged citizen committed to community outreach and education, Rich has held volunteer leadership roles in support of Potter’s House Christian Schools, the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Heart of West Michigan United Way and the Grandville Rotary Club.
