Data Requests

University Advancement & Marketing houses the official alumni & donor database for the University. The database is maintained in the advancement services department. Colleges and departments may request data by completing a fillable PDF form and submitting it via email. Follow the instructions below:

Complete the form by selecting the group you are seeking information for, providng descriptions and selecting the format you need. Filling out the form completely helps us to provide exactly the data that you are looking for. Need help? Call us at 231-591-3739 for assistance. Note that you can print a copy for your records before submitting the form to us.

  1. Click on the "Submit by Email" button.
  2. If you are using a PC with your Lotus Notes client installed, select "Desktop Email." The program will launch an email in your Lotus Notes and attach the .xml file containing your data request. Just push "send." You're done! We will respond to let you know that we received your request and if we have any questions.



  3. If you are at a computer that does not have your Lotus Notes client, or you have a Mac, select the "Internet Email" option.



  4. The program will allow you to save a copy of the .xml file. Save it to your desktop, then launch the web-based email of your choice, then attach the .xml file to the email. Send it to maciverm@ferris.edu. You're done! We will respond to let you know that we received your request and if we have any questions.
