Cancellation Policy

Dome Room:

  • Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to the reservation date.
  • A $50.00 charge will be assessed to all University related activities. 
  • Non-University activities will forfeit their deposit.


For all other rooms:

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting date.
  • A $25.00 charge will be assessed to all University related activities. Non-University activities will forfeit their deposit or be charged $25.00, whichever is greater.
