2012 Project Description
Remove existing T12 fluorescent lamps and magnetic ballasts, incandescent exit signs, and incandescent lamps from 14 academic and office buildings. Install T8 fluorescent lamps and electronic ballasts, LED exit signs, and LED lamps in same locations where existing fixtures or lamps were removed.

- Henderson Hall T12 Lamp Removal management program, and replace or repair failed
steam traps.- It is estimated there is 1,000 steam traps currently installed throughout the campus.
