James received his Bachelor's Degree in computer Information Systems from Ferris. He was hired as a part-time computer technician in December 2011. James is responsible for loading all new faculty and staff computers that come to campus. He participated on the team that refined the TAC's hardware repair process and will be the primary technician responsible for implementing it throughout TAC.
