Jody began her employment at Ferris in April 2001 as a Computer Technician in FLITE. She has worn many hats including Novell Tree Administrator, Technology Services Coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences, University College and the College of Education and Human Services, project coordinator for the Lotus Notes 8.5 client upgrade, and communications coordinator for the Active Directory migration project. She coordinated the transition of support for all administrative customers from the Student Administrative Technology Services group to Computer Technology Services (now known as TAC). Before transitioning to her current role as the Technical Education and Outreach Coordinator, Jody supervised six computer technicians and coordinated Second Level Support services for TAC. She has a passion for instructional technology and partners with the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning on training related to classroom technologies implemented here at Ferris.
