Jacob is a Senior Systems Administrator for the Enterprise & Application Services department within the Information Technology Services department under the Administrative & Finance Division. He graduated from the University’s College of Engineering Technology’s Computer Network & Systems program in 2007 and began working full time in the winter of 2008. Jacob’s expertise is in System Administration, Identity Management, Data Protection, and Electronic Messaging. |

Ellery Daniels has been a full-time employee at Ferris State since January 2020. She currently serves as the Central Office Coordinator in the IT Department. Ellery was born and raised in Big Rapids and has a background in event planning in both the public and private sectors. She was previously a student employee in the SLA office and graduated from Ferris in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. |

Sharon has worked at Ferris since 2014 and is currently the Coordinator for Desktop Support in IT Services. She has a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University and completed her Masters in Information Security and Intelligence at Ferris in 2018. She loves working with people and technology. |

Erin Diehm has worked within the Administration and Finance Division in Student Financial Services since 2005, with the most current role as Student Financial Services Manager. She oversees the student service center in Timme, performs federal reporting, and manages e-commerce and credit card processing for the Big Rapids and Grand Rapids campuses. Erin is also a graduate of Ferris, with a degree in Business Education. |

Sheri Edstrom has been at Ferris State University since January 2008 as a Financial Aid Advisor and has been working within a financial aid office for 25 years. Sheri is a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in Business Administration. Sheri loves Ferris State University and is very passionate about her role in helping students achieve a college education and finding the resources to assist them. Sheri’s family is a family of Bulldogs. Sheri has had two siblings graduate from Ferris State University and one of her siblings works as a K-9 Sheriff for Los Angeles County. Along with Sheri and her siblings, her son also graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Accounting in 2019, earned his CPA license and is currently working as a CPA for Ernst & Young Accounting Firm in Salt Lake City, UT. Both Sheri and her son were student athletes while attending Ferris State University. Sheri also had a parent retire from Ferris State University after 32 years working as a Bulldog. Go Bulldogs! |

Carrie has been at Ferris since 2007 and has served in several positions across campus. She currently works in the College of Pharmacy as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean. In addition to providing administrative support to the dean, some of her responsibilities include scholarships, HR functions, grants, and budgetary and accounting work for the college. She serves on several college committees and has been on the Administrative Council since 2016. Carrie is committed to advancing initiatives to increase equality, diversity, and inclusion for our members and for the Ferris community. |

Rodney has been at Ferris since October 2008 and is currently the Library Technology Coordinator at FLITE. In addition to his technology-related responsibilities, he oversees the library’s safety and security programs and works closely with the Dean's Office to manage the day-to-day facility coordination of the FLITE building. |

Elise joined the Diversity, Inclusion, and Strategic Initiatives Office (DISI) as the Administrative Assistant in 2021. Before joining the DISI team, Elise served in various roles within Enrollment Services at Ferris starting in 2006. |

Jacqueline joined Ferris in February 2020 and is the stewardship and donor relations coordinator for University Advancement and Marketing. She is responsible for donor communications and events and manages the Advancement side of donor-funded scholarships. |

Denise Moulter has been at Ferris since 1986 in a variety of positions. She currently works as the Administrative Secretary to the Dean in Extended and International Operations. She assists the Dean with everyday projects and tasks and is also responsible for all human resource and payroll work for EIO, which includes all the staff and adjunct faculty across the state in the 20+ regional locations that serve our students. |

Chris is a graduate of and has been employed at Ferris State University since 1999. Currently working in the College of Arts, Sciences and Education Dean’s Office as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean, she is responsible for a broad array of administrative functions in the college and directly supports the Dean. She serves on multiple committees in the college and across campus. In late 2010, she was on the committee that recommended the development of the Administrative Council. Since the Council’s inception in 2012, she has been a member and the chair (with the exception of one year). She is passionate about advocating for all employees and has a special interest in making FSU a great place to work! |

Wes Thompson is a Ferris State graduate of the Television and Video Production department class of 1999, now TDMP. Before that he graduated from Western Michigan with a BS in Secondary Education. He has been with Ferris State since 2008, where he started in the Media Production department, as the Digital Production Specialist, which was then combined with the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning in July 2014. He conducts single and multi-camera video productions, edits audio and video for streaming media for faculty and staff. He also does the daily programming for the Ferris Cable Channel 22.1 and is the advisor for the Bulldog Radio RSO. In December of 2017, he graduated with his Master of Science in Career and Technical Education from Ferris State University. |
