  • Reviews sponsor guidelines and RFAs instructions in detail
  • Works with faculty and staff in developing ideas into grant proposals
  • Coordinates on-campus approval process (Intent to Apply, Grant Routing)
  • Budget development including indirect cost determinations
  • Cayuse Grants Database Management
  • Assists with time and effort reporting
  • Assists with award close-out

  • New award set up (E-fund)
  • Provides oversight and guidance on sponsor terms and conditions, and University policies and procedures

  • Internal and External Audits
