Elisa Robyn is a Dean and full Professor in the school of Humanities and Social Sciences at Regis University. Her research areas include college leadership, psychology of change, and the psychology of spiritually. She has held positions as the Assistant Dean of Accreditation at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, as well as the Dean of Arts and Sciences at the Community College of Denver. She has written two books: Pirate Wisdom: Lessons in Navigating the High Seas of Your Organization (with Dr. Cindy Miles), and The Way of the Well, a spiritual romance. Elisa is an avid hiker, fiber artist, sailor, writer and teacher, with over 15 years of experience in distance education.
