Sec. 7-401. Nondiscrimination Policy of the University.
In conformance with the provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act and other applicable laws and regulations, the University will not unlawfully discriminate against any student or any applicant for admission to the University because of a protected disability. The University will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants for admissions with disabilities and to students with disabilities who are otherwise qualified to perform college-level work and are able to fulfill the requirements of their chosen programs with reasonable accommodations.
