Sec. 4-1101. Self-Liquidating Structures.
Self-liquidating structures may be named after individuals deemed worthy by the Board of institutional tribute.
Sec. 4-1102. State-Funded Buildings.
Names for state-funded buildings shall be generally confined to use-depicting designations (e.g., Business Building, Audio-Visual Center, etc.), except when the Board, in its judgment, desires to recognize an individual's contribution to the institution.
Sec. 4-1103. Rooms and Areas.
Specific rooms or areas within institutional buildings of either self-liquidating structures or state-funded buildings may be named after individuals deemed worthy by the Board of institutional tribute.
Sec. 4-1104. Recommendations by the President.
The President shall periodically provide the Board with recommendations for the naming of institutional buildings and rooms and areas. Those recommendations shall include identification of facilities, rooms or areas within institutional buildings which might be named after individuals and the reasons for such recommended designations.
