Sec. 4-1102. State-Funded Buildings.

Names for state-funded buildings shall be generally confined to use-depicting designations (e.g., Business Building, Audio-Visual Center, etc.), except when the Board, in its judgment, desires to recognize an individual's contribution to the institution.
