This Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is aimed at helping faculty members design high quality online or blended courses. The learning experience is based on a design rubric. Participants will learn how the rubric can be used to design courses that are easy to navigate, have clear learning objectives that are tied to engaging learning activities and relevant assessments, provide for interactive learning experiences, and enable students to access supportive academic and student services. Participants should expect to spend about 3 hours each week on FLC activities.
