The Method Behind the Madness: Designing A Course for the Online World - IRC 121

This session is specifically for those who are or will be teaching blended or fully online courses.

Teaching online presents a unique set of opportunities and challenges.  In this session, we'll explore the makings and structure of quality design for online courses.  We'll discuss strategies for organizing your course website, welcoming and orienting your students to class, and connecting students to important resources and supports.  You'll also have the chance to hear about professional development opportunities for faculty who teach online.
